First time here and I say it’s a good hotel for the price. Got an excellent view from the balcony. They do have a restaurant and food is pretty good. Great value for the hotel
This is a comfortable, clean, all you need, inexpensive hotel. While you don’t get the “luxurious “ atmosphere, everything is fine: rooms spacious and sparkling clean, service very friendly and accomodating. I only spent one night do I can comment on location. I was in Guadalajara for work and it was near to the venue. I went to the fancy district at night for dinner (Arsenal) and WOW! It’s a 20 minute ride from the hotel.
Great place to stay, a quick Uber ride to anywhere. The staff, was exceptional, all of them! The street in front of the hotel (as well as some other streets in Guadalajara) is closed to motor vehicles and opened to the public for walking, running, bicycling, roller blading and it was a well used, non stop, parade of people.
This hotel has large comfortable rooms and on site parking. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The only things that I could suggest as an improvement would be a handheld shower wand and a refrigerator in the room.
This place totally deserves the high google rating and affirms how well google works. I had been watching the consistent reviews from this place since coming to Mexico from Australia (we are here for 4 months). We had to quickly leave a place we were staying late at night so I immediately called this hotel. The way they handled our booking from beginning to end was just fantastic and professional. The rooms and facilities are as regularly reported. Very comfortable and clean. We didn’t use pool or restaurant but the Italian restaurant right next door is out of this world. If you can, go there as well :)
